Printed vacation guide - Redesign

Lead Designer – Project Manager  // 100+ pages
This annual printed vacation guide for Outer Beaches Realty features every property in their 2019 inventory for easy vacation browsing and planning. Plus, it’s packed full of helpful articles and vacation tips for Guests and Owners. It was my goal to redesign their annual guide to be a marketing piece Guests wanted on their coffee table.  Vacation Guide requests have grown over the last 2 years with new design. Guests tell them it’s “the most beautiful one yet!”

Beauty in Bloom – Andrea Wilson
Andrea wanted business cards to promote herself in a niche market as a traveling cosmetologist. Provided with one of her favorite tattoo images, I created this beautifully designed woman with blooming floral hair. To make it even more personal, I added the same eyeglass frames she wears regularly, her lip ring and star make up she’s dabbled with when trying out new makeup.

Brand design - logo creation

Stu’s Donuts wanted a sweet logo for their growing business. The owners have a love for vintage old fashioned diners. Their specialty? You guessed it. Donuts! This donut joint first started as a traveling food truck that evolved into a must-visit breakfast spot for all flavor palates. This logo has a twin knockout version used to create a giant hand stamp for their to-go boxes.

Engagement and Growth – Getting to know Outer Beaches Realty’s audience
I curate the feed based on images the audience loves to see with a sprinkle of real “Guest Love” reviews and featured properties.
Statistics show an Instagram post with “good engagement” is between 3-5%. This recent example boasts an 11% engagement rate. Based on analytics over 3 months, I’ve grown 71% of posts to hold an engagement rate of good or very good.
